We are thrilled to announce the finalists of this year’s VRTECH Startup Competition

Chosen from 20 shortlisted participants – a record number in the five-year history of the VRTECH Competition – these three startups are in the game to win the VRTECH Award.

Each of the finalists was chosen by a different set of judges: one by a jury of property managers, one by a jury of vacation rental experts and investors, and one by public vote.

The final round will take place at the Vacation Rental World Summit on 16-17 September in Annecy, France.

The finalists will pitch their products on stage and compete for the title “The Most Innovative Vacation Rental Tech Startup of the Year”.

Without further ado, we give you: the finalists of the VRTECH Startup Competition 2021!

Finalist 1: Rented

Selected by a jury of property managers

Rented is vacation rental revenue management software. It helps property managers optimise their portfolios with sophisticated pricing and revenue management tools.

Rented’s Automated Rate Tool (Art) is a dynamic pricing solution that allows property managers to set the right price for their rentals every night. It provides recommended nightly rates based on curated datasets, helps property managers make informed pricing adjustments and automates rates across distribution channels.

In today’s market, making frequent adjustments to your pricing based on data is the key to successful revenue management. With its dynamic pricing software, Rented is responding to a growing demand for advanced tools that don’t have a steep learning curve.

Rented is based in Atlanta, GA, USA.

Vintory is the first and only CRM and sales and marketing automation platform designed exclusively for vacation rental managers.

At the core of Vintory’s product is the idea that property managers can increase their revenue and grow their business faster through owner acquisition than by focusing on booking new guests.

Vintory’s owner acquisition tool allows property managers to grow their portfolios by capturing leads through omnichannel marketing and converting them into clients.

Growing your inventory is a difficult and time-consuming task. Vintory’s software and services make the process easy, affordable and customised to your business’s needs.

Vintory is based in Baltimore, MD, USA.

Finalist 3: Turbosuite

Selected by public vote

Turbosuite is a SaaS tool that allows property managers to optimise their pricing and distribution strategy. It uses Big Data to provide reliable predictions that help to increase bookings and revenue.

From analysing past bookings to understanding your competition and comparing sales channels based on rates and cancellations, Turbosuite has all the data and tools you need to build an effective revenue management strategy.

Its dynamic pricing solution allows you to set the optimal rates for each night per channel and have your listings climb up in rankings.

Dynamic pricing and revenue management should be front and centre for all property managers looking to make it in today’s market. Turbosuite provides a complete solution that can help you outrun the competition.

Turbosuite is based in Málaga and Sevilla, Spain.
